Shipping costs: 9,90 CHF (from 149,- CHF free delivery)
Delivery time: 2-5 days
Delivery service: small parcels are delivered by Swiss Post and large parcels (e.g. dog beds) are delivered by DHL Express.
Important: There are no additional fees, taxes or customs duties for you on delivery.

Return shipment:
Returns must be ordered via a returns portal within 14 days of receipt. The following costs are incurred, which will be deducted from the refund:
Parcels up to 2kg - 20,- CHF
Parcels over 2kg - 30,- CHF
