Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is highly recommended for the longest possible life expectancy:

Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Handle suede carefully. Wipe out the bag with a damp sponge and allow to air dry.
Care: Treat nappa leather regularly with high-quality leather balm. Treat suede with special care products and brush with a suede brush.
Precautionary measures: Avoid contact with water, direct sunlight and rough surfaces. Please note that the carabiners on the treat bags are made of alloyed brass and the alloy can be worn away over time with intensive use.

Die keine ist absolut hochwertig und sieht sehr chic aus! Wir lieben die Farbe. Nur das Material ist am Anfang noch sehr steif - ich hoffe, das wird im Laufe der Zeit etwas weicher. Ansonsten ein top Produkt zu einem absolut fairen Preis.

Es war eine Aktion, die Töpfe sind nicht schön durchgehend weiss gefärbt - sehr unregelmässig. Bei einem Topf fehlte die Silikonfuge am Boden komplett . Alles in allem: Ein B-Produkt und ganz und gar nicht zu empfehlen. Eigentlich bin ich noch nie enttäuscht worden von William Walker. Aber es gibt immer ein Erstesmal. Meine Unzufriedenheit habe ich dem Kundendienst gemeldet und die Antwort: Bitte schick uns Bilder und wir denken über eine Kaufpreisreduktion oder Entschädigung nach. Gut gemeint zwar, aber total am Kunden vorbei. Die Rücksendung der Töpfe war im Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis unverhältnismässig, daher habe ich es nicht gemacht. Kurzum: William Walker sollte die Qualität der Produkte besser prüfen. Die Töpfe sind dann auch gleich im Müll gelandet.

Ich war bisher mit allen Artikeln von euch sehr zufrieden. Leider mit diesem Hundegeschirr nicht. Der Befestigungsclip für die Leine sitzt meiner Meinung nach zu weit hinten. Muss man den Hund mal etwas ziehen, klappt die Befestigungslasche um und das Geschirr verrutscht. Die Verarbeitung ist wie immer sehr gut, allerdings habe ich bei meinem gekauften Geschirr einige extrem harte Nähte. Der Bauchgurt verdreht sich leider sehr oft und dadurch wird das Anziehen des Geschirrs zum Geduldspiel. Schade, aber dieses Mal kann ich leider keine 5 Sterne geben.

Cette article est très joli,de qualité, belle couleur et surtout très pratique lors des promenades. Avant je nouais les petits sacs à la laisse. En plus il fait distributeur. En France on a des petites poches mais qui ne font pas distributeur. Il y a une fermeture éclair et il faut ouvrir et refermer, c'est beaucoup moins pratique et rapide ! Bravo à vous pour cette idée !!!

Ich habe das Bett 2x gekauft für meine beiden Hunde, da die Maße genau dem entsprachen, was wir gesucht haben und extra damit geworben wird, dass die Füllung nicht verrutschen könne. Tja, ich würde sagen, die Hunde sagen etwas anderes und sie gehören nicht zu der Sorte, die sich nachts besonders stark bewegen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen und muss auch sagen, dass ich entsetzt bin ob des Verhältnisses Preis vs Qualität. Da hätte ich für den Preis von einem zwei sehr gute orthopädische Betten von anderen namhaften Herstellern bekommen können.

Das Geschirr sieht gut aus und fühlt sich gut an. Aber bei der Grössen Einstellung habe ich so meine Bedenken. Das Geschirr kann um den Hals nicht optimal eingestellt werden. Mein Hund ist mittelgross und um den Hals ist es zu gross, um den Bauch zu klein. Habe die Bänder soviel wie es geht eingestellt aber es ist da zu eng. Ich denke das dieses Produkt nicht für alle Hunde funktioniert. Die Qualität des Produktes ist gut wie die meisten Produkte von William Walker.
